All members can be weighed weekly as part of their weight loss / weight gain programs on our “state of the art” Tanita body composition scales. Giving you not only your weight but everything from body fat to your basic metabolic rate and BMI.
This service is free to members and aimed to help give you a better understanding of what’s happening with your body, keep you motivated and on track and provide feedback to your instructors so they can best assist you in your goals.
